Sorbent Tubes for DANI Instruments
Although DANI produced its first Thermal Desorber in 1987 they didn’t make a splash until producing the Master TD system in 2006. DANI’s MASTER TD Thermal Desorption instrument is a solid 3+ generation TD instrument that has been greeted with much fanfare and is carving out a nice portion of the global TD instrument market. DANI is also known for its excellent gas chromatographs, headspace samplers and liquid autosamplers. DANI is an Italian scientific instrument company founded 1975. DANI doesn’t currently manufacture Sorbent Tubes for its Thermal Desorption instruments.
Camsco manufactures ATD tubes for Dani MASTER TD instruments.
The Camsco Difference in Sorbent Tubes and ATD tubes
Camsco is the most innovative Sorbent Tube maker. Both glass and stainless steel ATD tubes have barcodes and unique serial numbers. Flow direction arrows are included on fritless glass tubes. To ensure sample and testing accuracy, we inert coat all internal metal parts as part of our standard manufacturing process. The inert coated wire
mesh and G-clips are less likely to introduce active
sites and interfere with your analysis.
Camsco uses only the best raw materials. Camsco steel ATD Sorbent Tubes are made using Surgical Grade 316L stainless steel. Our borosilicate-33 glass tube stock is German Schott-Duran we never use Simax glass.
Camsco has the most practical experience building Sorbent Tubes (2 Million tubes) and the most experienced tube fabricators many with more than 10,000 hours of specialized tube manufacturing expertise.
Camsco's vertically integrated manufacturing facility is unmatched; meaning, we don’t rely on 3rd parties for any part of the tube manufacturing process.
Camsco is the largest Sorbent tube manufacturing company producing more Sorbent Tubes than all other ATD tube suppliers combined generating huge economies of scale.
Barcode, serial number, and circumferential bands come standard
as part of the COGNI System. The identification marks are permanently embedded on the
tubes offering an inherent advantage over other identification methods.
